Hi,
currently the rendering code does not notice "line placement" at all when
the
geometry is a polygon.
The specification does not seem to say anything either.
I've noticed this while working on TextSymbolizer export from QGIS, and
over there
they allow to label the perimeter of a polygon instead of its centroid.
So... given that we have no current useful behavior for that, how about we
extract
the polygon outline and label that as a line, when a line placement is
specified?
Anyone sees problems with filling the current behavior hole this way?
